Welcome! I’m Shandi Trout, Registered Dietitian, Chef, and Mom

I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Shandi Trout, and my mission is to help you take control of your health and live a vibrant life through personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes. With my unique background as a registered dietitian and chef, I believe in the power of food and mindful living to enhance your well-being.

For over 20 years, I struggled with debilitating symptoms—nausea, brain fog, low appetite, weight gain, fatigue, acne, and pain. These became my "normal," and for years I was told that it was just part of being busy or that my lab results were fine, so I must be fine too. Does this sound familiar to you? Qualifications and Trainings

Bachelor of Science in Dietetics

1200 hour dietetic internship with clinical concentration

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) national credential

Culinary Degree

Currently pursuing a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition to further enhance expertise in functional and holistic health
